Foundations Package
Are you dealing with ongoing chronic challenges with your mental or physical health?
This is an opportunity to take a really good look at the root causes of what is going on for you now. This package provides the handholding necessary to guide you through your health challenges. ‘Foundations’ will take approximately 3 months to complete within which time I will provide ongoing support.
This consultation includes:
• a detailed health questionnaire and food/mood diary
• a 75-minute face to face consultation
• an individualised health, diet, and lifestyle plan
• 2 catch up consultations by email or phone and a revision of your plan for the next 4 weeks with opportunities for questions to be answered.
• a 30-minute face to face or zoom consultation to review and consolidate at the end of the 3 months.
• supplement recommendations with a 15% discount off the RRP.
• advice on any necessary testing (blood/saliva/stool/hair)
